Affigent seeks Director of Civilian Sales


  • “Set and execute a sales strategy to generate strong annual growth in revenue and gross margin bookings
  • Lead and mentor a team of outside and inside salespeople
  • Work closely with the team to grow the pipeline
  • Consistently monitor sales activity of the team, and tracking of results
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for growing the company’s customer base
  • Manage overall sales process and set appropriate sales metrics
  • Jointly collaborate and mentor sales team during the cycle of closing complex and high value business including prospecting, RFP responses, presentations, negotiation, and contract development
  • Maintain strong relationships with sales leadership at existing OEM partners and build new relationships with identified OEMs
  • Present our company capabilities to OEM/vendor sales teams and customers
  • Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
  • Cross and upsell existing accounts”


  • “8+ years in IT federal government sales
  • Proven successful experience in leading outside and inside salespeople
  • Excellent communication including presentation and executive engagement skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • A self-starter that can thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Experience in sales coaching and mentoring
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals”
