Responsibilities:
- “Set and execute a sales strategy to generate strong annual growth in revenue and gross margin bookings
- Lead and mentor a team of outside and inside salespeople
- Work closely with the team to grow the pipeline
- Consistently monitor sales activity of the team, and tracking of results
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for growing the company’s customer base
- Manage overall sales process and set appropriate sales metrics
- Jointly collaborate and mentor sales team during the cycle of closing complex and high value business including prospecting, RFP responses, presentations, negotiation, and contract development
- Maintain strong relationships with sales leadership at existing OEM partners and build new relationships with identified OEMs
- Present our company capabilities to OEM/vendor sales teams and customers
- Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
- Cross and upsell existing accounts”
Qualifications:
- “8+ years in IT federal government sales
- Proven successful experience in leading outside and inside salespeople
- Excellent communication including presentation and executive engagement skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- A self-starter that can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Experience in sales coaching and mentoring
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals”
