1.1 SCOPE

The contractor shall provide a web-based court document request and retrieval platform.  The platform shall have the capability for ICE personnel to electronically request specific documents and have those court-certified documents electronically and/or physically returned to the requesting personnel in an expeditious manner. The platform will draw from all necessary U.S. federal, state, county, and municipal courts and must provide coverage for all U.S. States and territories, and the associated court jurisdictions therein.

The retrieval platform shall include, but is not limited to, access to the following court document types:

•          Indictments

•          Complaints

•          Judgments

•          Police reports

•          Motions

•          Briefs

•          Plea Minutes

•          Opinions

•          Probation Documents (such as pre-sentence investigations)

•          Traffic Citations

•          Docket reports…
