As a Management and Program Analysis Officer, you will perform the following duties:
Serve as the Assistant Chief Data Officer (ACDO). Plan, direct, and implement policies and procedures for data collection. Perform analysis, conduct evaluations, and advise management on program and operational effectiveness and on management efficiency and productivity. Formulate, negotiate and execute data acquisition systems’ budget.
Responsible for the acquisition, delivery, and archival of quality environmental data collection. Collect, analyze, and disseminate all environmental data management information and statistics. Provide technical oversight regarding mission-supporting scientific and data management technological solutions.
Ensure proper data stewardship. Address policy compliance requirements and adoption of procedural directives throughout the data management lifecycle. Provide oversight for data collection and processing, data quality control, statutory reporting analytical dashboards, statistical modeling, and forecasting of archival workloads.
Serve as a data management subject matter expert. Provide technical and strategic guidance to the executive leadership team. Interpret polices, apply new methods to resolve complex and or intricate, controversial, or unprecedented issues and problems.
