DOE OCIO seeking Director of Enterprise Data Collection, Analytics & Reporting Office

“This position is part of the Office of the Chief Information Officer, Department of Energy. As a Supervisory IT Specialist, you will serve as the Director of the Enterprise Data Collection, Analytics & Reporting Office (IM-24). You will liaise with interagency partners on mandated reporting and initiatives to support mission outcomes to orchestrate cyber policy, and governance across the DOE.”

Responsibilities:

  • Implement policies, processes, and strategies that unify and integrate enterprise data collection and analytic activities.
  • Serve as the data analytics advisor to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the planning, organization, and execution of the Department’s mandated and non-mandated efforts.
  • Provide authoritative advice and guidance to senior Departmental officials on data collection and analytic solutions to meet DOE wide requirements, including planning, governance, and the management of information systems. Advises and consults on sound data practices.
  • Direct and manage the enterprise resource planning functions for the office.
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and report information and data required for the oversight and management of the DOE Cyber/IT Portfolio and identify opportunities for optimization, consolidation, or resource sharing.
