Description
The Indian Affairs (IA), Office of the Chef Financial Officer (OCFO) is leading the effort for the Department of the Interior (DOI) to acquire program management and specialized consulting services by a Contractor(s) who can support a variety of high-end personnel skills in the fields of program management (PM), management analytics, and industrial engineering consulting services for a wide range of business services to support DOIs mission (i.e. conducting in-depth analyses / evaluating business processes and systems).
Scope of Work:
The Contractor shall provide technical and support services which includes, but is not limited to, the following specialties:
Program and Project Management Support
- The Contractor shall provide advice, recommendations, drafting and document support to multiple offices in all areas and requirements for all bureaus/offices under DOI. The main duties shall be to coordinate and communicate project information, track timelines, deliverables, and other project actions across the organization. The contractor shall provide all necessary support, by working with Government customers, in a team environment, to proactively track, review draft documents and assist customers to the extent necessary to produce required deliverables to properly track progress of high-level projects…
Business Analysis Support
- Prepares and conducts business analyses and studies, needs assessments, requirements analysis/definition and cost/benefit analyses in all functional areas to align business systems, solutions and initiatives.
- Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends, reporting regulations and business conditions. Develops charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing these trends.
