Description
the National Wildlife Health Center (NWHC) seeks a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). For the purpose of providing a comparison of the brand name, or equal products listed in the pricing schedule, we are providing the minimum requirements needed in a COTS LIMS below. It is expected that these functionalities are considered out-of-the box with minimal configuration effort and little to no customization. While these are minimum requirements for a COTS LIMS, order of implementation may differ as it is understood that different COTS LIMS have different modules and licensing models.
