Identification of the agency and the contracting activity. The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Information Technology Acquisition Unit (ITAU) proposes to award a sole source bridge contract to Deloitte Consulting, LLC in pursuant to FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C), Limited Source, for the continued Technology Innovation Section (TIS) support services on behalf of the Information Management Division (IMD).”

Nature and/or description of the action being approved. The FBI recommends a sole source award of a Time and Material (T&M) bridge contract to Deloitte Consulting, LLC to continue the services provided under the STOR 185 task order (purchase order 15F06718F0008373). The STOR 185 task order was initially awarded off the multiple-award, Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Information Technology Supplies and Support Services (ITSSS) contract. This action is to award a bridge contract that will provide continued Information Technology (IT) Support Services currently being performed on the STOR 185 task order. The bridge contract will ensure the continuous support of IMD’s Mission Systems. This action will include assisting IMD’s efforts with performing the following IT services: Project Management, Business Analysis, System Engineering and Cloud Development.
