The scope of this statement of work is for the Contractor to provide SAP Basis Administration assistance and technical expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC systems and large, complex SAP/ERP environments. The Contractor will provide senior-level consulting SAP Basis Administration. The Contractor will assist and advise on the current Federal Prison Industries (FPI) SAO S/4 HANA and SAP ECC system configuration and all SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to include FPI third party interfaces troubleshooting within SAP applications.

The Contractor is required to assist with tasks configuration and maintenance involving SAP Basis and HANA database administration limited to supporting restores and refreshes related to disaster recovery, SAP application migrations, securing inmate access in the SAP systems, SAP Single Sign On, SAP Fiori, SAP GUI/WebUI. SAP HANA Studio, SAP Business Objects, SAP Solution Manager (ABAP and JAVA), SAP S/4 HANA system, integrated SAP Web Dispatcher, SAP Net Weaver, AWS Gov Cloud environment, Adobe Document Services, SAP Router, SAP Business Warehouse, SSL certificate management, Support Package and patches, system and client copies, installation of SAP applications or application server instances, troubleshooting SAP application execution, disaster recovery planning and execution for SAP applications, SAP server/host migration of SAP applications built in AWS West Region to AWS  East Region, and ATO support.

As well as install Achive solutions in SAP S/4 HANA Contraction must be knowledgeable of databases on AWS such as Linus, Windows, and SQL. The Contractor will be required to assist with troubleshooting SAP application executing errors and proposing solutions…”
