The Contractor must provide, implement, and support a FAST modernization solution that addresses requirements in Appendix A of this document. FAST modernization will consist of organizational homepage production to include development and maintenance of current pages, potential re-design of current pages and the infrastructure design, application migration, operation, and maintenance of associated servers, as well as other hardware/software. This includes potentially moving the FAST website to a cloud-based storage service, as well as the development of a web-based content management tool, the integration of change management/approval processes, and implementing monitoring tools such as the creation of an “Informational Dashboard” for administrative use. The solution should include a content management system that integrates an approval workflow and web publishing system.
