“As an Operations Division Director – Supervisory Management & Program Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day product management and collaborations for operations of FAS business support systems.”
Responsibilities include:
- Manages and supervises Product/Project Managers for FAS business systems subordinates. Serve as product liaison between the Business Owners, Stakeholders, and GSA IT in understanding all aspects of the business systems to include budget requirements, Development, Modernization and Enhancements (DME) plans, Operation & Maintenance (O&M) requirements, business needs and system functionality.
- Develops communication and outreach materials for the Federal acquisition communities using OSM coordination to gain feedback on systems needs. Provides training as systems evolve; develops and oversees internal and external communications and messaging including but not limited to press relations, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) inquiries, Congressional inquiries, and speaking events associated with the agency and program activities and services.
- Provides thought leadership, guidance and oversight for all OSM business operations issues to provide strong assurance that OSM program goals are met. Develops, organizes, equips, and trains subordinates for appropriate certifications and manages and delivers superior and innovative services, which meet expected program outcomes.
- Works with other divisions within SM or FAS business lines, runs scenarios and business/policy impact assessments. Responsible for the evaluation, approval or denial of proposed projects, processes, data sources, output, requirements, and methodologies.
