Omid Ghaffari-Tabrizi, a Federal IT policy SME with experience in cybersecurity, federal procurement, and technology policy, including promoting cloud-first policies, cybersecurity maturity, and IT modernization efforts in the public sector, has taken on a new challenge at Google where he will focus on Federal Civilian Policy.
In a LinkedIn post announcing the move, Omid wrote, “What an incredible time to join Google! As most of the folks in my network already know, I am a tireless supporter of a better #citizenexperience, especially considering how many of our #publicsector services are going through #digitaltransformation and #ITmodernization efforts. That is why I am so excited about the launch of #GooglePublicSector!”
