Leidos to acquire cloud and digital modernization leader 1901 Group, expanding their Federal Civilian footprint

The news of the planned acquisition by Leidos of this very fast growing CIO-SP3 SB and new NOAA NMITS Prime that brings a track record of delivering cloud, cybersecurity and enterprise-scale digital modernization services and capabilities to a broad set of Federal Civilian agencies, to include DOJ, USDA, SBA and FTC, was a primary headline Thursday as Leidos broadens its capabilities and reach across the Federal Civilian sector.
