Richard Williamson, an industry leader with experience leading enterprise architecture analysis, planning and design, has taken on a new challenge as Chief Enterprise Architect at Library of Congress. In this new role, Richard is responsible for the overall management and direction of IT Enterprise Architecture (EA), including strategic and annual planning, budget, workforce planning and management, project planning and management, development of policy, and operational processes.
