SAIC acquires Unisys Federal for $1.2 Billion, adds significant FedCiv footprint

SAIC is at it again. Only 18 months removed from their huge acquisition of Engility comes word that this leading Federal technology integrator makes another big buy, this time adding a major FedCiv player who has been riding a hot streak of late and that carries a broad set of Prime GWAC and FedCiv specific contract vehicles.
