Scott Lubow launches Invictus Business Development Solutions

Scott Lubow, an IT executive with more than two decades of experience delivering compliant, responsive, compelling, winning proposals, and transformational IT projects to Federal clients, has launched capture and proposal solutions firm Invictus Business Development Solutions, where he will serve as Chief Executive Officer. Scott has led and submitted 160+ single award proposals valued at over $25B and IDIQs with ceilings totaling hundreds of billions of dollars.

In announcing the move on LinkedIn, Scott wrote: “Colleagues, I’m so excited to announce the launch of our company, Invictus Business Development Solutions, LLC (IBDS). We specialize in delivering Capture and Proposal Solutions to companies of all sizes for FEDSIM and Non-FEDSIM opportunities.”

Prior roles include:

  • Vice President of Proposal Operations – MetroStar Sytems
  • Director of Proposal Operations – MetroStar Systems
  • Senior Associate – Booz Allen Hamilton
