SSA taps Chief, Voice Services Branch

Donald Walsh, an industry leader with experience as an enterprise technology sales rep for Federal agencies focusing on cloud, servers, storage, networking and services portfolio, has taken on a new challenge as Chief of the Voice Services Branch at the Social Security Administration.

In this new role, Donald manages enterprise VoIP for SSA Headquarters campus, Toll free agents and over 1,600 field offices.

Donald previously supported the SSA, managing a branch of 18 Federal employees and over 75 contractors, responsible for managing the day to day operations of the branch, and was responsible for an annual budget that exceeded over $100 million dollars in the procurement of products, services and monthly recurring telecom usage.

Prior roles include:

  • Program Manager – Social Security Administration
  • Federal Account Manager – HP
  • Branch Chief – Social Security Administration
