US Courts RFQ: Customer Satisfaction Assessment Tools and Analysis Services

The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO), Office of Public Affairs (OPA) seeks a Contractor who can provide customer satisfaction assessment tools and analysis services for OPA public-facing websites. The assessment tools provided by the Contractor should collect online data about user behavior, expectations, and perceptions of the website; quantitatively analyze the data collected; use the data to predict user behavior; compare data to relevant benchmarks; identify actionable changes or modifications to the website that could positively impact user experience; and provide any other information deemed necessary to improve the site for users.


The Contractor shall assist OPA stakeholders in designing, implementing, and conducting online customer satisfaction surveys developed for assessing functionality and content on both desktop and mobile displays using evidence-based methodology
