USAID M/CIO awards Client Services and IT Demand Management BOA

8(a) Small Business MetaPhase Consulting has been awarded a 3-year, $4.5M contract by the US Agency for International Development’s Bureau for Management, Office of the Chief Information Officer (M/CIO) for client services and IT demand management. The contract was awarded as an 8(a) sole-source set-aside action.

MetaPhase supports USAID M/CIO on the Client Services contract by managing the intake and demand management of new technology needs from missions/bureaus/independent offices. MetaPhase also advocates for existing solutions and IT standards and serves as subject matter experts by educating customers on M/CIO processes, policies, and procedures by playing a critical role in communicating, documenting requirements, and coordinating requests across the organization.

MetaPhase is led by CEO/President Fred Costa and Chief Strategy Officer Brett McLaren, who was recently named to the Washington Business Journal’s prestigious 40 Under 40 list.
